I try to help as I can.
I haven't all the elements for diagnosis, but you can try the following homeopathic scheme:
1. Take aconit in low-dilution CH CH 5 or 7, from 3 in 3 hours up sweating and then a good dose of Belladona CH 9.
Aconitum is indicated in fever without Sweat.
Belldona indicated when the patient is sweating a lot after fever,
If the fever returns take Aconitum again as before.
